What I can do for you
Believe me, nobody ever taught me how to make decisions or come up with solutions. I was left with no choice but to rely on myself when I got tangled up. It took me a long time to figure it out. And I want to use my knowledge and experiences to make it simpler for you.
As an Executive Coach I work with young professionals and managers on a one-to-one basis. And in a Systemic Team Coaching role, I work with leaders and their teams.

One to One
Coaching
I will work with you to discover your feelings, values, and beliefs during our conversations. I will hold up the mirror so you can see yourself clearly and your current reality. You will decide what you see and want to share in our conversation. You will have the opportunity to voice your thoughts freely and make a choice on how the conversation evolves.
Even as your goals change, I have only goal: Your self-discovery journey. It will lead to self-reliance, setting meaningful goals aligned to your true self and being a happier and more fulfilled person.
Please email me to set up a discovery call.

Systemic Team
Coaching
Teams are made up of people with various personalities, values, ways of thinking, behaviors, and goals. These differences often prevent them from collaborating effectively.
The organization’s success will begin when its teams start rowing in one direction, which really means they can reframe and enhance the way the organization operates within its business environment.
The team should not only function well but also lead change with its stakeholders.

My Goal
My aim is to help teams to reframe and become a “Real Team”.
In a real team, the pursuit of personal objectives and ego are not accepted. The team is a cohesive entity, achieving a common purpose. Members become high performing, enhance the team’s performance, grow as leaders, and create value for their stakeholders to impact the wider business.
To accomplish team goals, members depend on the strengths of one another. They are aware of each other's character traits, advantages, and disadvantages. They partner up to overcome weaknesses and capitalize on strengths to accomplish the team's objectives.
How will I achieve my goal?
The 6-8-month engagement with the team will include but is not limited to:
-
Create and maintain a strong sense of team identity (‘We’ feeling).
-
Hold space for tough conversations to build trust, psychological safety, manage and prevent negative conflict and nurture healthy dispute.
-
Developmental workshops - challenges about performance, relationships, perceptions, appreciating diverse perspectives.
-
Understand stakeholder expectations & systemic ways of working.
-
Team facilitation interventions- new ways to operate, engage, explore.
-
Virtual facilitations.
-
Use of assessment and facilitation tools.
-
Run process interventions.
-
Storytelling
-
Sustain innovation, team learning and growth.
Is your team underperforming?
If it isn’t, is the work it is doing delivering top value to all business units and stakeholders?
If not, then let’s have a conversation.
